The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, active sourcing on major boards, rate negotiations, and ATS Ceipal usage, with night shifts covering EST/PST/CST time zones.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven experience in US IT/Non IT staffing and recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for US-based candidates and managers.
• Clear understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C) and immigration/visa categories (H1B, OPT).
• Familiarity with common IT stacks (e.g., Java, AWS, Data Engineering, QA, Full-Stack Development).
• Willingness to work US night shifts (EST/PST/CST time zones).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from requisitions to onboarding.
• Active Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder for active/passive talent.
• Rate Negotiation: Negotiate pay rates within client budgets and margins.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate documentation and trackers in Ceipal ATS.
• Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screens for technical competency and culture fit.
• Visa & Tax Compliance: Screen candidates for US work authorizations and tax models.

You will work closely with account managers and US clients to understand client requirements and deliver top-tier talent. Success in this role requires a solid grasp of US open roles, employment tax terms, and work authorization processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from parsing requisitions to candidate submission, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Active Sourcing: Utilize professional platforms and job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder to find active and passive tech candidates.
• Rate Negotiation: Negotiate pay rates and employment terms with candidates while aligning with client budgets and margins.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate documentation, candidate notes, and submission trackers using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ceipal.
• Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone or video screens to evaluate technical competency, communication skills, and cultural fit for US positions.
• Visa & Tax Compliance: Navigate and screen candidates based on various US work authorizations (H1B, OPT/CPT, Green Card, and US Citizens) and tax/hiring models (W2, Corp-to-Corp/C2C, and 1099).
