Job summary

Zoho is seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across the US market. This is a remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.

The ideal candidate has sourcing, screening, and placement experience for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles. You will handle visa classifications, coordinate interviews, and manage offers while building a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in US IT staffing and technical recruitment.
• Understanding of US work authorization and visa categories.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time requirements.
• Understand visa classifications including USC, GC, GC-EAD, H1B, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, TN, and E3.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer management.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, clients, and account managers to meet hiring goals.

Required Skills:

• Experience in US IT Staffing and Technical Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Knowledge of US work authorization and visa categories.
