Job summary

Recruiterhiring seeks a US IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end IT talent acquisition for remote engagements across the digital network. You will identify, screen, and place consultants, ensuring compliance with US regulations and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 3 years of US IT recruiting experience, and superb verbal and written communication skills. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, IT or related field.
• 3+ years US IT recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience hiring consultants in digital networks (digital/mobile/internet).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of consultancy-related laws and regulations; able to join within 1–2 weeks.
