WSP USA is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to join our Power Delivery Team. This position offers flexible work arrangements, with the option to work remotely or from one of our offices across the Rocky Mountain region.

Provides technical leadership for planning, design, and delivery of high‑voltage overhead transmission lines up to 765kV, with responsibilities spanning research, design, scheduling, client interactions, business development, and staff mentorship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-education experience in electrical transmission engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute transmission projects up to 765kV.
• Create and maintain a project schedule; conduct regular progress meetings.
• Coordinate with clients on project status and deliverables.
• Support PMs with scope, schedule, and budget; forecast resource needs.
• Support department staff development and recruitment efforts.
