Job summary

Einstellen.io is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in San Francisco. This full-time hybrid position offers 40 hours per week on a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion, and pay of $80–$90 per hour.

You will partner with recruiters and engineering leaders to build targeted sourcing strategies for senior technical roles, engage passive candidates, and keep pipelines healthy in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Technical Sourcer or Sourcing Recruiter in hyper-growth tech or AI.
• Track record sourcing deep technical talent in infrastructure, cloud, AI/ML.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time in San Francisco.

We're partnering with a fast-growing AI cloud infrastructure company that builds the data centers and cloud platform behind next-generation AI. They're scaling quickly and want to add Senior Technical Sourcers to their Talent Acquisition team. Each sourcer will support one engineering group. What you'll do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on one engineering group: Data and Developer Experience, IT and Solutions Engineering, Managed AI (Software Engineering), or Cloud Infrastructure (Network Engineering, Compute, and Cloud Orchestration)
• Build and run sourcing strategies for senior and specialized technical roles
• Find and engage passive candidates with strong Boolean and X-ray searches, talent mapping, and personalized outreach
• Build pipelines of top engineers from leading AI, cloud, and big tech companies
• Share market insights with hiring teams, such as talent pools, competitor landscapes, and compensation trends
• Keep candidate data accurate and track pipeline metrics in the ATS

What you bring

• 3+ years as a Technical Sourcer or Sourcing Recruiter at hyper-growth tech, big tech, or AI companies
• A track record of sourcing deep technical talent in infrastructure, cloud, AI/ML, or IT and solutions engineering
• Confidence with LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, and modern sourcing tools
• Steady tenure and strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers
• Willingness to work onsite full-time in San Francisco
