For our client, we are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will help shape how the organization identifies and engages exceptional technical talent across research, engineering, and infrastructure functions. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to translate evolving role requirements into targeted sourcing strategies and compelling outreach. The position also plays an important part in building scalable sourcing processes, tracking pipeline performance, and representing the organization’s mission and culture to candidates in a credible, authentic way.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 annually
