Job summary

Einstellen.io is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in San Francisco. This full-time hybrid position offers 40 hours per week on a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion, and pay of $80–$90 per hour.

You will partner with recruiters and engineering leaders to build targeted sourcing strategies for senior technical roles, engage passive candidates, and keep pipelines healthy in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Technical Sourcer or Sourcing Recruiter in hyper-growth tech or AI.
• Track record sourcing deep technical talent in infrastructure, cloud, AI/ML.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on one engineering group.
• Build and run sourcing strategies for senior and specialized roles.
• Find and engage passive candidates with Boolean/X-ray searches and talent mapping.
• Build pipelines of top engineers from AI, cloud, and big tech companies.
• Share market insights on talent pools, competitor landscapes, and compensation trends.
• Keep candidate data accurate and track pipeline metrics in the ATS.
