Job summary

Atlas Technica is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to join our Support team in Austin, onsite full-time.

This highly technical, collaborative role offers strong career development opportunities and mentorship for junior staff, while ensuring exceptional client technology environments. You will provide dedicated onsite IT support, resolve escalated issues, administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Server, plus virtualization and networking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience in desktop support, systems engineering, or a related area.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 stack: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with endpoint threat-management and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated onsite IT support to end users.
• Escalate and mentor Junior and Senior Systems Engineers.
• Manage and resolve tickets in the ticketing system.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Assist with VMware/Hyper-V, networking, and security tooling.
• Document procedures and maintain build standards.
