Job summary

Docebo is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to take a hands-on lead role in high severity incident response while shaping the platform's underlying infrastructure for scale.

You will own critical infrastructure, drive reliability improvements, and run capacity forecasting, CI/CD, and observability efforts at scale. You’ll mentor peers and collaborate across Product and Engineering in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years in SRE/DevOps/production engineering within SaaS environments.
• Solid grounding in Linux, containerized systems, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider and its networking layer.
• Comfort writing code or scripts to manage infrastructure.
• Experience building/running CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and version control at scale.
• Able to stay level headed during live incidents and explain issues clearly to non‑engineers.

Responsibilities

• Take point on major incidents, coordinating the response across engineering teams and making real-time calls to restore service.
• Own key pieces of shared infrastructure and continuously improve resilience and scalability.
• Run reliability work like capacity forecasting, performance tuning, and controlled failure testing.
• Improve detection with metrics, alerting, and overall observability.
• Lead thorough post-incident retrospectives and ensure actions are implemented.
• Mentor less experienced SREs through code/design reviews and spread reliability best practices.
