Job summary

ExpertVoice is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer IV to define the technical direction for running, automating, and scaling our platform. This senior role blends hands-on work with architectural vision to reduce manual toil and accelerate delivery.

You will lead a small, senior team across infra, dev platform, and security, owning critical systems end-to-end. You will join a tight-knit team where each engineer owns a domain, collaborating to raise the bar across reliability, performance,

Qualifications

• SRE/DevOps leadership with ownership of production systems at scale.
• Strong coding ability across Python, Go, or Java; comfortable with Bash.
• Deep Linux networking knowledge and performance-focused design.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Track record of setting technical direction and driving execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response for outages, root cause analysis, and durable fixes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and manage weekly schedule with the team.
• Debug and troubleshoot across the stack; document work for maintainability.
• Own CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, trustworthy deploys.
• Own end-to-end systems and ensure reliability and performance at scale.
• Champion AI and automation to reduce manual tasks across ops.
• Lead architecture discussions and drive adoption of new patterns.
• Collaborate with infra, dev platform, and security teams.
• Set the technical vision and architectural runway for the team.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar.
