What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales bookings and contribute to revenue growth across assigned products within a defined territory of US Federal Government accounts
- Identify and resolve client pain points while developing and selling profitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts across various departments
- Develop and maintain accurate Account Plans and manage opportunities in Salesforce throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with sales leadership and other teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience at a large, global organization
- 5+ years of experience selling into Federal government or prior work experience in Federal government
- Proven capabilities in growing relationships at the executive level
- Experience with structured sales processes and tools such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce
- Strong influential skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience across multiple disciplines of Corporate Real Estate services, technologies, and solutions, including IWMS, EAM, and CMMS
- Successful track record of achieving immediate credibility and presenting innovative ideas
- Passion for engaging new clients and beating the competition
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate big-picture goals into actionable opportunities
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and thrive in ambiguity
