What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve and exceed individual annual sales booking quotas while maintaining target margins for assigned accounts
- Manage multiple existing Federal accounts while actively targeting new accounts
- Develop and maintain accurate Account Plans and manage opportunities in Salesforce throughout the sales cycle
- Build strong relationships with client contacts across various departments to introduce products and solutions
- Collaborate with sales leadership to drive client pursuit teams and facilitate contract negotiations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of sales or sales solution experience at a large, global organization
- 5+ years of experience selling to the Federal government or prior work experience in Federal government directly
- Proven capabilities in growing relationships at the executive level
- Experience with successful selling outcomes using structured sales processes and tools, such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce
- Strong influential skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders to drive common solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience across multiple disciplines of Corporate Real Estate services, technologies, and/or solutions, including IWMS, EAM, and CMMS solutions
- Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business or expansion sales
- Understanding of the market of CRE Technologies, particularly IWMS solutions
