What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales bookings and contribute to revenue growth for assigned JLLT products within U.S. Federal Government accounts
- Identify client pain points and develop profitable, outcome-based solutions
- Manage existing Federal accounts while targeting new opportunities
- Collaborate with business partners to co-sell software solutions and maintain accurate sales reporting in Salesforce
- Build strong relationships with client contacts across various departments to introduce JLLT products and solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of sales or sales solution experience in a large, global organization
- 5+ years of experience selling to the Federal government or prior work experience in the Federal government
- Expertise in Corporate Real Estate services and technologies, including IWMS, EAM, and CMMS solutions
- Proven ability to develop opportunities and close new business or expansion sales
- Strong influential skills and ability to work across diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with structured sales processes and tools such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce
- Successful track record of achieving credibility and presenting innovative ideas to clients
- Passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering win/win outcomes
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive client solutions
- Understanding of the market for CRE Technologies, particularly IWMS solutions
