The role involves building relationships with clients, managing accounts, and leveraging sales tools to achieve targets. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales bookings and contribute to revenue growth across assigned JLLT products within US Federal Government accounts
- Identify and resolve client pain points by developing and selling profitable solutions
- Manage existing Federal accounts while targeting new opportunities
- Build strong relationships with client contacts across various departments to introduce products and solutions
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and account plans in Salesforce throughout the sales cycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of sales or sales solution experience at a large, global organization
- 5+ years of experience selling to Federal government clients or direct experience within the Federal government
- Proven capabilities in developing opportunities and closing new business or expansion sales
- Strong understanding of Corporate Real Estate services, technologies, and solutions
- Experience with structured sales processes and tools such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience across multiple disciplines of Corporate Real Estate services and technologies, including IWMS, EAM, and CMMS solutions
- Established credibility and relationships at the executive level within the Commercial Real Estate community
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and work with diverse stakeholders to drive solutions
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for business development
