What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales bookings and contribute to revenue growth across assigned JLLT products within U.S. Federal Government accounts
- Identify client pain points and develop profitable solutions using structured sales methodologies
- Manage existing Federal accounts while targeting new accounts for growth
- Build strong relationships with client contacts across various departments to introduce products and solutions
- Maintain accurate sales reporting information in Salesforce and develop Account Plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience at a large, global organization
- 5+ years of experience selling into Federal government or prior work experience in Federal government directly
- Proven capabilities in growing relationships at the executive level
- Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business or expansion sales
- Strong influential skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders to drive common solutions

- Experience across multiple disciplines of Corporate Real Estate services, technologies, and solutions
- Familiarity with structured sales processes and tools such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and translate it into actionable opportunities
- Passion for engaging new clients and competing effectively in the market
- Ability to navigate complex organizational environments and collaborate with various stakeholders
