What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales with new customers and strengthen existing revenues in the State government markets
- Maintain a new sales pipeline in Salesforce.com and deliver accurate sales forecasts
- Conduct a minimum of 12 face-to-face customer meetings per week and strategy calls with partners
- Effectively demonstrate key products and integrated solutions to clients
- Utilize Consultative Sales methodology to engage in effective sales presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4-5 years direct field sales experience, preferably in government markets
- Proven track record of sales quota overachievement
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations 70% of the time
- Strong communication skills to engage with key government contacts at various levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with complex software solutions sales involving multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and order-to-cash systems
- Knowledge of relevant technology applications and trends in the industry
- Ability to effectively express software/solutions concepts and demonstrate integrated solutions
