Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with tasks such as managing the sales floor, keeping up visual standards, performing opening and closing routines including store and registers, handling deposits and shipments.
• Assist in developing associates at all levels and building a team that works well together based on store needs.
• Follow and execute daily direction and goals for the shift, incorporating Loss Prevention and Safety messages into operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of management experience in retail or non‑retail; retail experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to train, direct others, and develop associates at all levels.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to perform cash register functions and adjust priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability for a full‑time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move, handle, and lift store merchandise.
• Style sense with a love of fashion.
