You will coordinate across Sales, Product, Operations, Pricing, Claims, and Billing to identify opportunities and determine the best integration approaches. The role requires strategic product ownership, strong cross-functional judgment, and the ability to translate business needs into clear integration plans and field guidance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, ownership, or related leadership programs
• Experience with payer, vendor integration, contracting, or healthcare programs
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements
• Experience working across cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
• Strong written and verbal communication for field-facing materials

Responsibilities

• Define and own third-party vendor integration strategy and portfolio
• Coordinate with sales, product, operations, billing, pricing, and claims
• Assess intake requests and guide feasibility, setup, and readiness
• Craft field communications and practical guidance on vendor models and rules
• Lead issue resolution and cross-functional coordination for production questions
