Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, product ownership, business process strategy, operations, or leadership programs.
• Healthcare industry experience in payer/vendor integration, contracting, or program management.
• Experience defining strategy and execution for complex processes, integrations, or service models.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the inventory of third-party vendors enabled for integration and ensure portfolio visibility.
• Serve as the single point of contact for new vendors seeking integration and guide evaluation.
• Craft field communications and provide guidance on integration models and plan sponsor nuances.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of production issues and ensure clear ownership.
