Qualifications

• Experience working across cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for field-facing and stakeholder materials.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the integration portfolio with cross-functional coordination.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Sales regarding new vendors seeking integration.
• Craft and maintain field communications related to vendor integrations and operational updates.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of production issues related to integrations.
