Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, ownership, or related leadership programs.
• Experience in payer or healthcare vendor integration domains.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define third-party vendor integration strategy across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the integration inventory and update across stakeholders.
• Lead new vendor intake and guide cross-functional evaluation and readiness.
• Craft field communications on vendor models, rules, and sponsor nuances.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of production issues and drive action.
