CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product - Third Party Vendor Integrations to define strategy and execution for vendor integrations.

This role partners across Sales, Product, Operations, Pricing, Claims, Billing and field teams to assess opportunities and set the right integration approach. The ideal candidate brings strategic product ownership, strong cross-functional judgment, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable integration plans, vendor guidance, and execution

Qualifications

7+ years in product management, product ownership, or related leadership programs.
Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting, or healthcare programs.
Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
Own and maintain the inventory of third-party vendors enabled for integration.
Serve as the single point of contact for Sales regarding new vendors seeking integration.
Guide cross-functional evaluation of business need, feasibility, and setup for new opportunities.
Craft and maintain field communications related to vendor integrations and operational updates.
Lead cross-functional resolution of production issues and coordinate actions across teams.
