Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related leadership programs.
• Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting, or program management in healthcare.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the integration portfolio across vendors, products, and needs.
• Lead intake for new vendors and guide cross-functional evaluation.
• Craft field communications and guidance on integration models and rules.
• Serve as central point for production questions and resolve cross-team issues.
