Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business process strategy, operations, or completion of leadership development programs.
• Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting, or program management within healthcare.
• Proven ability to define strategy and execution plans for complex processes and integrations.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.
• Experience working across cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to create clear field-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Identify rules of the road, requirements, and operational considerations for vendor models.
