Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product - Third Party Vendor Integrations to define strategy, structure, and execution for vendor integrations across the portfolio.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, Pricing, Claims, Billing and field teams to assess opportunities and guide readiness. The role requires strong product ownership, cross-functional judgment, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable integration plans and field guidance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, ownership, or related leadership roles.
• Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting, or program management within healthcare.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and execution approach for third-party vendor integrations.
• Own and manage the integration portfolio across stakeholders.
• Lead intake for new vendor opportunities from Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Craft clear field-facing communications on integration models and rules.
• Coordinate production issue resolution and cross-team follow-through.
