Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related leadership roles.
• Experience in payer/vendor integration in healthcare.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Third Party Vendor Integration Strategy.
• Define the strategic approach for vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Identify rules of the road, business requirements, and operational considerations for new and existing vendor models.
• Determine setup strategy for new integrations, including dependencies across pricing, claims, and billing.
• Translate complex needs into clear integration recommendations and execution direction.
• Manage Integration Portfolio and inventory of third-party vendors.
• Ensure portfolio visibility remains current as vendors and needs evolve.
• Lead New Vendor Intake and be the single point of contact for Sales.
• Craft field communications and provide guidance on integration models.
• Support production and issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
