Position Summary:

1. Process US and Canada payroll accurately and in a timely manner
2. Resolve payroll discrepancies and system problems
3. Oversee the administration of the Ultipro HRIS platform and any added modules
4. Assist in preparation of year-end tax documents
5. Analyze company needs, build reports and pull reporting data from HRIS software

Position Requirements:

1. Four+ years’ experience in US/Canadian payroll
2. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
3. Experience with multi-state tax administration
4. UKG/Ultimate Software experience preferred
5. Advanced skills in Excel
