Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring for a Sr. Manufacturing Operations Manager to identify and drive capital projects that boost safety, quality, and productivity.

You will build and execute 1‑ and 3‑year plans, translate plant goals into actionable targets, and represent the company in the community with responsible manufacturing practices. You will ensure service levels for internal and external customers, analyze results to drive continuous improvement, and lead a team focused on optimizing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 11+ years of specific experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement capital expenditure projects to enhance safety, quality and productivity as the Sr. Manufacturing Manager.
• Develop and execute one-year and three-year business plans supporting the company and local market objectives.
• Translate manufacturing plant goals to the manufacturing team ensuring alignment on relevant performance data and maximization on supply chain performance.
• Represent the company and its interests in the community with environmentally responsible manufacturing operations.
• Ensure the service requirements of internal and external customers are met and compliant with company specifications.
• Review business results to maximize supply chain performance and sustain a long-term vision through process improvement.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience
