Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain high quality standards. The role includes staffing, training, and enforcing safety practices while managing labor and OPEX budgets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or a strong combination of education and leadership background, with Master’s degree preferred.

• As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team
• Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget
• Other duties as assigned

• Salary: $84,912 - $106,140 plus annual target bonus

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 5-7+ years of specific exp and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
