Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Illinois to ensure equipment reliability and safe working conditions, while overseeing production quality and staff development. The role requires coordinating production processes, adjusting equipment and practices as needed, and managing labor and OPEX budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1 years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of related experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is in working order and safe conditions.
• Manage overall package and product quality to maintain standards and specifications.
• Oversee the production process, making periodic checks and adjusting equipment or work practices.
• Staff, train, and develop team members.
• Adhere to labor and OPEX budgets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times
• You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor
• The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices
• As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team
• Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget
• Other duties as assigned
  

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 5-7+ years of specific exp and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
  

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree
