Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Alsip, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production, ensure equipment uptime, and maintain safety and quality standards.

You will supervise staffing, train team members, optimize processes, and manage labor and OPEX budgets to meet production targets.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years related experience and 0–1 year leadership or a high school diploma with 5–7+ years and 2–3+ years leadership; Master’s degree is preferred.

• The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjustments to equipment or work practices.
• As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team.
• Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget.
• Other duties as assigned.
