Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in the United States (IL - Niles) to oversee equipment, safety, and production quality. The role includes staffing, training, and maintaining adherence to labor and OPEX budgets.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree with related experience and leadership exposure, or a high school diploma with substantial experience and leadership. A master's degree is preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years related experience and 0–1 years leadership.
• High School Diploma with 5–7+ years specific experience and 2–3+ years leadership.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times.
• Manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor.
• The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices.
• Staffing, training, and developing the members of the team.
• Adhere within labor and OPEX budget.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Salary: $75,168 - $93,960 plus target bonus

Position Responsibilities

• The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times
• You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor
• The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices
• As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team
• Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 5-7+ years of specific exp and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s Degree
