Position Responsibilities:
This role will identify, develop and implement capital expenditure projects to enhance safety, quality and productivity as the Sr. Manufacturing Manager
The Sr. Manufacturing Operations Manager develops and executes one-year and three-year business plans supporting the company and local market objectives
You will translate manufacturing plant goals to the manufacturing team ensuring alignment on relevant performance data and maximization on supply chain performance
The Sr. Manufacturing Manager represents the company and its interests in the community with environmentally responsible manufacturing operations
This position ensures the service requirements of internal and external customers are met and compliant with company specifications
Additionally, you will review business results to maximize supply chain performance and sustain a long-term vision through process improvement
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree
