Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in United States is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee cross-functional projects and lead maintenance initiatives. You’ll provide hands-on technical support to resolve plant issues and drive uptime, efficiency, and GMP compliance across the manufacturing facility.

The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analyses, and CMMS management. A Bachelor’s degree with experience or a technical diploma with extensive experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4+ years of related experience, or HS diploma with 5–7+ years.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and certifications preferred.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.
• Ability to read blueprints and P&ID.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects and short- and long-term strategic initiatives and provide hands-on technical support to resolve the manufacturing plant’s issues
• Ensure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goals
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including root cause and breakdown analysis
• Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with GMP and safety standards
• Manage CMMS for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and P&ID
• Other projects or duties as assigned

• Salary: $77,760 - $97,200 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects and short- and long-term strategic initiatives and provide hands‑on technical support to resolve the manufacturing plant’s issues
• Ensure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goals
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including root cause and breakdown analysis
• Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
• Manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education And Experience

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree
