Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Downey, CA seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to ensure equipment operability, safe conditions, and quality standards. You’ll manage production processes, perform checks, adjust practices, and lead staffing and training to build a capable team.

• High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe.
• Manage production quality and ensure standards and specifications are met by the supervisor.
• Oversee production process, perform periodic checks, and adjust equipment/work practices as needed.
• Staff, train, and develop team members.
• Adhere to labor and OPEX budgets.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Salary: $78,648 - $98,310 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities

• The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times


• You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor


• The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices


• As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the membersof the team


• Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget


• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 5-7+ years of specific exp and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s Degree
