Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, a leading beverage provider, is hiring a Senior Human Resources Manager in California. You will collaborate with local leadership on HR decisions, oversee compensation, compliance, and leave management, and drive employee relations and performance processes.

Responsibilities include developing workforce plans with Talent Acquisition, mediating issues with fairness, administering evaluations, and reporting HR metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related HR experience and 4+ years in management.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 11+ years of experience and 6+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, compliance, and leave management.
• Mediation of employee relations issues with neutrality and fairness.
• Experience using HR scorecards and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Measure HR performance using HR scorecards and share information with leadership to celebrate successes and address concerns.

• Salary: $124,752 - $155,940 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local leadership on Human Resources (HR) decisions to ensure the effective delivery of HR processes, procedures, and policies, including compensation, compliance, and leave management as a Senior Human Resources Manager


• Partner with local business leaders and the Talent Acquisition team on the development of workforce plans, staffing strategies, and hiring events


• Mediate difficult employee relations issues by balancing conflicting points of view while acting as a neutral party, demonstrating discretion and fairness


• Administer mid-year and annual performance evaluations, communicate benefit-related changes, and assist employees with questions regarding Aff (AAP) and benefits


• Measure HR performance using HR scorecards and share information with leadership to celebrate successes and address concerns


• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of management experience

Preferred Education:

• Master's Degree
