Job summary

Hi-Altitude Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, CRO & Subscription to own the customer journey end-to-end and drive the CRO testing roadmap to boost conversion rate, AOV, subscription adoption, and reduce churn.

You are data-obsessed and will design and read tests without bias, reporting to the Chief Retention Officer in a fully remote, autonomous environment that values results over opinion.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of ecommerce, subscription/retention, CRO, or growth marketing experience.
• Hands-on with Shopify Plus, ReCharge, testing tools, and upsell/cross-sell tools.
• Track record of designing and interpreting CRO/upsell tests with unbiased design.
• Knowledge of dunning management and churn reduction tactics.
• Strong view on pricing strategy and margin optimization, backed by tests.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO & Testing Roadmap across site pages and content to improve conversion rate and AOV.
• Own Subscription Retention, churn, and LTV; apply dunning tactics and personalized communications.
• Lead pricing tests to optimize margin and conversion; manage AfterSell and upsell/cross-sell roadmap.
