Job summary

The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is seeking a results-driven Manager or Sr. Manager, Business Development to join our Ticket Sales and Service team.

You will drive revenue growth by building sales teams, creating training programs, and executing campaigns and events that convert opportunities into tickets. Located in Tempe, AZ, this in-person role reports to the Vice President of Ticket Sales and Service and requires a Bachelor's degree with proven sales leadership experience and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• 2+ years leading sales teams.
• Experience running marketing campaigns and turning warm leads into results.
• Planning, scheduling, and executing face-to-face sales events.
• Executing a training and development program for sales team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must complete all pre-employment forms and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Increase ticket sales revenue with a focus on season tickets, premium seating, and group sales.
• Create and run campaigns that generate opportunities for the sales team.
• Lead training, coaching, mentoring, and managing the Account Executive team.
• Set standards of accountability for the sales team to thrive with purposeful activity.
• Lead and participate in development and implementation of goals, objectives and priorities of sales programs and activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
