Arizona Cardinals is seeking an energetic Representative, Sales Development for a full-time/temporary, in-person role in Tempe, AZ. The program emphasizes sales, customer service, and event planning with growth opportunities.

The position starts January 2027 and requires strong communication, multitasking, and initiative. Candidates should be coachable, competitive, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• No prior sales experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Sell ticket products including season tickets, groups, and hospitality.
• Develop new leads via calls, emails, and referrals.
• Make 80–100+ phone calls daily.
• Work at home games and other events as required.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospects and clients.
