Job summary

The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is seeking a Representative, Sales Development for a full-time/temporary, non-exempt position in Tempe, AZ. This in-person role is part of the Ticket Sales and Services team and reports to the Manager, Sales Development.

The program runs 8–12 months starting January 2027. Ideal candidates are coachable, self-motivated, and customer-focused, with no prior sales experience required.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell a full menu of ticket products including season tickets, group tickets, and hospitality options.
• Develop new leads through calls, emails, and referrals.
• Complete 80-100+ phone calls daily.
• Work events, including home games at State Farm Stadium.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone and at games.
• Other duties as assigned.
