Job summary

The Arizona Cardinals are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager for Premium Sales to drive loft and club seat sales in Arizona. This full-time role emphasizes prospecting, meetings, and dynamic sales presentations for premium seating at State Farm Stadium.

You will close multi-year suite and luxury seating agreements and handle full-season and single-game ticket sales for Cardinals games and other events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of 2–3 years of ticket sales experience.
• Experience tracking communications and correspondence with clients using a CRM system, preferred.
• Successful track record of achieving sales goals.
• Extensive B2B sales training and experience selling high-end products.
• Ability to present sales material to large groups and clients.
• A positive commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
• Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments for premium seating sales.
• Present sales materials and close multi-year suite and luxury seating agreements.
• Sell full-season and single-game ticketing, plus events at State Farm Stadium.
• Coordinate out-of-office meetings in Phoenix and on-site at the stadium.
• Nurture client relationships through networking events and meetings.
• Meet production and activity targets for leads, revenue, and outreach.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
