Job summary

Arizona Cardinals Football Club in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Representative, Sales Development for an 8–12 month program. You’ll start January 2027 and learn sales, customer service and event planning while building a professional foundation for advancement.

The role emphasizes high activity levels (80–100+ calls daily), in-person work, and collaboration with the Sales Development team to drive ticket sales during NFL events.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• No sales experience required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during events.

Responsibilities

• Sell ticket products including season tickets, groups, and hospitality.
• Develop new leads via calls, emails, and referrals.
• Make 80–100+ phone calls daily.
• Work events, including home games at State Farm Stadium.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and at games.
• Other duties as assigned.
