Job summary

The Arizona Cardinals are seeking a Manager or Sr. Manager, Business Development to drive revenue growth within the Ticket Sales and Service department.

This role focuses on building sales teams, creating internal training programs, and executing sales events and campaigns to expand season ticket and group sales. Located in Tempe, AZ, this in-person position reports to the Vice President, Ticket Sales and Service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Proven track record of at least two years leading sales teams.
• Experience running marketing campaigns and converting warm leads into results.
• Planning, scheduling, and executing face-to-face sales events.
• Executing a training and development program for sales team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Increase ticket sales revenue with a focus on season tickets, premium seating, and group sales.
• Create and run campaigns that generate opportunities for the sales team.
• Lead training, coaching, mentoring, and managing Account Executive team; contribute to professional development.
• Set standards of accountability for the sales team to drive purposeful activity.
• Lead and participate in development and implementation of goals and priorities of sales programs.
