The Senior Human Resources Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative support for Homeward Bound's Human Resources function and helps ensure employee processes, records, and requests are handled accurately and timely. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position serves as an accessible first point of contact for employees and supports employee records, employment documentation, onboarding, recruitment, routine benefit questions, and department organization.
The Coordinator also supports the Human Resources Manager with trainings, investigations, meetings, and other departmental priorities. The position will support select organization-wide operational and accessibility functions and may work directly with the Chief Operating Officer, Property Manager, or other department leaders on assigned matters. The Senior Human Resources Coordinator helps keep Homeward Bound's HR processes organized, responsive, and accessible to employees. Through accurate records, timely follow-through, and support across HR and select organization-wide functions, this role contributes to a respectful and well-organized workplace.
