Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Senior General Manager to drive multi-community performance and lead high-performing teams. The role emphasizes hiring executive leadership, guiding sales, marketing, and regional operations, and ensuring strong P&L management across sites.

The position offers a pathway to shape regional strategy, enhance resident experience, and promote Sunrise’s mission and core values while delivering measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard and develop Executive Directors and key Coordinators
• Lead talent planning, EDIT placements and succession strategies
• Conduct comprehensive site visits and annual Quality Service Reviews
• Provide sales leadership, pricing guidance and Director of Sales coaching
• Develop and execute regional marketing and External Business Development strategies
• Monitor P&L performance, labor, census, and revenue drivers
• Leverage business intelligence tools for strategic decision-making
• Champion regulatory compliance and basic quality assurance
• Drive engagement initiatives and hold leaders accountable to performance standards
