Sunrise Senior Living in Westlake Village, CA, is seeking an Executive Director to lead community operations, drive occupancy, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will oversee care, sales, financial performance, and a high-performing team to deliver exceptional resident and family experiences.

The role requires proven executive-level experience in senior living or healthcare operations, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with residents,

Formación

• Experience as Executive Director, Administrator, or General Manager.
• Proven track record in occupancy growth, revenue, and operations.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business-management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.

Pay Range: 121,576.00 - 173,992.00

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non‑discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan.
