Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a General Manager II to lead day-to-day operations with full P&L responsibility at a Colorado community. You will drive financial performance, occupancy, and guest satisfaction while partnering with regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets, staffing, and capital needs. Evening/weekend availability is expected to support resident care and operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years operations management experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality or related industry.
• Proven success managing financial performance and meeting revenue goals.
• Strong leadership, team development and performance management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Administrator’s license may be required.

Pay Range:

76,544.00 - 105,768.00
