Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead a community operations, driving occupancy, revenue and service quality for seniors in a full‑time capacity. The role requires strong P&L oversight, budgeting and proven leadership to manage diverse teams and maintain exemplary resident experiences.

As a leader you will collaborate with sales, clinical and culinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability across the community.

Qualifications

• Experience as Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager.
• Proven ability to drive occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: 121,576.00 - 173,992.00

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non‑discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan.
