Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead community operations, ensuring exceptional resident experiences while driving financial performance. You will manage all aspects of the community, including care and sales, while nurturing a high-performance team.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Executive Director or in a similar role, with strong leadership and P&L management skills.

• Lead team engagement, culture and performance management

Pay Range: 144,560.00 - 206,752.00
