Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead all aspects of a community’s operations, drive financial performance, resident well-being and regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional resident and family experience.

The role includes steering care, sales, budgeting, labor and expense control; recruiting and developing leaders; building strong relationships with residents, families and referral sources; ensuring high service standards and strong occupancy.

Qualifications

• Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience.
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams.
